Please complete and return this form to order your allocated option tickets. Option tickets can be purchased as weekly packages or daily tickets. Please note, the combination of hospitality ticket types (daily or weekly) cannot exceed the total allotment of option tickets for your hospitality package on any given day.

Note: You must inform your catering representative of the number of additional hospitality tickets ordered, as this will increase your guest counts.

In April, the USGA will email the contact listed below a secure link to pay for the option tickets via credit card. Option tickets will be accessible through the digital ticket platform along with the hospitality package tickets (approximately 4 to 6 weeks prior to the championship). Option tickets will not be released unless full payment is received for both your hospitality package and the option tickets ordered.

Each Skyline, Sunset and Bungalow option ticket (Wednesday-Sunday) is subject to an additional food and beverage charge of $166.67 per day plus applicable taxes. The caterer will invoice your contact directly for these additional F&B charges based on the quantity of option tickets purchased.
